Presentation: In this workshop, we will explore the implications of artificial intelligence on the craft of creative writing. Participants will learn about the ways in which AI technologies are changing the nature of writing, literature, and art generally. We will also discuss how we can keep up with the evolution of this technology by learning how to use it as a tool when creating new content.
Presenter: Dr. David Sloan is a consultant in the health care industry with a Ph.D in neuroscience. He is the author of two novels, Brackets and Cameraman, and is a life-long enjoyer of fiction writing. He married an English teacher and has four kids who are aspiring storytellers.
The St. Mary's & Calvert Counties Chapter meets on the fourth Saturday of every month at 1:00 pm.
