DirectionsJoin seasoned mystery author Flo McCahon as she presents The History of Mysteries. She starts with the writings of Maryland author Edgar Allen Poe and guides attendees through the genre’s development to the present day.
In addition to examining the craft of mysteries, she will highlight Maryland’s influences on the genre. You won’t want to miss this presentation if you write mysteries, read mysteries, or just like to learn more about our local Maryland history!
Flo McCahon writes the Faraday Murder Series under the pseudonym Millie Mack. The series features amateur sleuths Carrie and Charles Faraday. She also just completed her first culinary mystery for her new Irish Bistro Murder Series.
In addition to her books, Flo writes a blog all about mysteries at darkandstormynightmysteries.com. The blog features mystery authors, detectives, and techniques. To challenge the reader’s mystery knowledge, there is an assortment of mystery puzzles.
