Indie Publishing as a Multi-Genre Author
Annabelle McCormack started writing when she realized the only thing more fun than reading was creating and making the characters do what she wanted. She writes about timeless love and unforgettable journeys, no matter where and when they might be. A published author of ten novels in both historical fiction and contemporary romance, Annabelle attended the Johns Hopkins University where she received her Master of Arts in Fiction Writing. She's always writing a new book (even if it's only in her head) and spends her days in Woodstock, Maryland with her husband, five home-schooled children, and two dogs.

Annabelle will talk about her personal path to publication, touching briefly on the multiple paths one can take to becoming a published author. She'll go into detail about her perspective on the opportunities available in indie (self) publishing, as well as her take on writing in multiple genres and some of her approaches to writing in each.

This meeting will be in-person only. Please join us in the Hemingway Room at Baltimore's Little Havana restaurant. Ordering drinks or dinner encouraged but by no means required. Transit accessible via the Charm City Circulator's Banner Route or Cherry Route, or MTA Local Link 71 or 94.

Please email [email protected] with any questions or concerns. Hope to see you there!
