Kimberly Hunt, a freelance editor with Revision Division, will discuss the most common errors she sees, and share tips for self-editing manuscripts into shape before sending to an editor. This will be followed by a First Line Frenzy where we build and critique our first lines with Kimberly.

Kimberly Hunt is a freelance editor with Revision Division. While she primarily serves independent authors of romance, she also edits other genres for publishers. She’s happy to answer questions about writing and editing but beware as she can go on at length about her passions: reading, running, and volunteering. In addition to her experience with developmental and line editing, she has certifications in copyediting and project management.
