DirectionsProgram: This micro-workshop will familiarize attendees with the four public relations ‘PR’ toolkit components all authors need: headshot, book cover, bio and book synopsis. Join us as we learn about each of these areas that are important to all writers no matter where you are in the writing process.
Presenter: Cherrie Woods is a 20-year plus public relations (PR) veteran known for her work as a book publicist, PR consultant and workshop facilitator. Woods has been featured in several publications for her PR work. She is the author of Where Do I Start?10 PR Questions and Answers to Guide Self-Published Authors and an award-winning poet.
The St. Mary's & Calvert Counties Chapter meets on the fourth Saturday of every month at 1:00 pm.
