The Opportunity Is Slipping Away To Submit Your Nomination Form For A Board Or Leadership Position

The Maryland Writers' Association (MWA) nomination period for Board and Leadership positions ends tomorrow, Tuesday, May 10th, 2022. Are you hearing voices telling you to do something incredible? Well, a Nomination Form and MWA board/leadership position are calling your name. 

MWA needs candidates for MWA Tech Support, Graphics Coordinator, Virtual Meeting Coordinator and Teen Writers Club mentors in Odenton, Salisbury and Germantown. The MWA Grant Writer  position is also newly open for a candidate. Training is available for every position. Any MWA member can self-nominate and submit a nomination form on the MWA website at https://marylandwriters.org/form.php?form_id=65. Join the "cool" kids!

The MWA Board Election is next month at the virtual membership Annual Meeting on June 20th, 2022. MWA members will vote on the slate of candidates. Think of it as MWA's version of the "2022 Mid-term Elections." Additionally, the membership will meet the newly appointed Teen Club Coordinator and Pen-in-Hand Editor. Don't be left out.
