Get your Pen-in-Hand submissions in!

MWA’s own literary magazine, Pen in Hand, waves the flag for all of us, celebrating our efforts stringing words together in our lonely attics, or kitchen tables, or studies lined with leather-backed books, or… well, you get the picture. Anyway, this is a reminder that the deadline for the January 2023 issue is DECEMBER 1, so please send us your best stuff right now—not that weird poem you couldn’t decide where to place or that flash fiction that didn't really flash, but something great, something terrific! Remember, we are showing off here! We are the best writers, aren’t we?
